When it comes to capacity of photos and videos, factors like resolution & compression and length & bitrate affect the file size. Higher resolution, longer duration, higher bitrate, and less compression result in larger video file sizes. Understanding that, the 512 MB video book can accommodate around 100 to 256 high-resolution photos or up to 30 minutes of video. The 4GB video book can hold approximately 800 to 2,000 high-resolution photos or up to 2 hours of stunning video footage. The most reliable way to calculate storage capacity is to calculate the file sizes of the media you wish to upload (found in the information section of each file).
Absolutely! Files play in numerical order (lowest numbers play first) or alphanumerical. Simply rename your files as you’d like them to play. Lowest number plays first. Videos will play first followed by photos -in a slideshow manner.

Return Policy
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on our customized products. However, if there is a customization error and the book received is not what was ordered, the book will be replaced with the correct cover.

What if my order arrives damaged? At Videobook Gift, we prioritize your satisfaction. When your order arrives, we kindly request that you carefully inspect it. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 3 business days by contacting our customer support team at info@videobookgift.com. We will arrange a replacement for the damaged item, and if a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund. For efficient processing, please retain the packaging if you discover any damage.
If you encounter any issues and believe your product is defective, please contact us promptly. Our dedicated team will work closely with you to investigate the matter and determine whether the defect is covered by the warranty. If it is, we will gladly provide a repair or replacement.
It's essential to note that our warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear, damages resulting from misuse or neglect, or damages caused by accidents or natural disasters. Furthermore, any expenses related to returning the product or transportation are not covered.
