Shipping Policy

Customized cover designs will be approved for imprinting within 24 hours. An email will be sent to inform you your cover is either being sent to be imprinted or suggested alterations to improve the quality/clarity of your cover. Once approved, your cover will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.

We currently are only shipping domestically in the United States.

Shipments are delivered via USPS with tracking number provided.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on our customized products.

 

Product Warranty

 

Your trust in our products is important to us, and we stand behind their quality. Every product you purchase from us is covered by a 6-month limited warranty, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty specifically protects against defects in materials and workmanship.

 

  • What if my order arrives damaged? At Videobook Gift, we prioritize your satisfaction. When your order arrives, we kindly request that you carefully inspect it. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 3 business days by contacting our customer support team at info@videobookgift.com. We will arrange a replacement for the damaged item, and if a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund. For efficient processing, please retain the packaging if you discover any damage.

 

If you encounter any issues and believe your product is defective, please contact us promptly. Our dedicated team will work closely with you to investigate the matter and determine whether the defect is covered by the warranty. If it is, we will gladly provide a repair or replacement.

 

It's essential to note that our warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear, damages resulting from misuse or neglect, or damages caused by accidents or natural disasters. Furthermore, any expenses related to returning the product or transportation are not covered.
